Cornhole on Television?

If you're not already aware of it one of American Cornholes missions over the last several months has been to bring American Cornhole to television. We have hired a young lady who is currently pitching our show concept to Spike, Fox Sports Net, ESPN2, ESPN....etc. She is calling on all the mid major and major cable stations.

Our goal at American Cornhole is to land a national sponsor or two for our traveling ACO-Pro tour and our television show. We are currently talking with several large national sponsors at this time. We believe by late Spring we should be in place with our sponsors and set to start airing our first series.

In the meantime American Cornhole has launched its newest website to help support the ever growing popularity of our sport - American Cornhole.

Sporto Motoring Expands Product Offering With Cornhole

It may seem like an odd business decision for a truck accessories retailer to start selling a product with a name that would send Beavis and Butthead on a laughing jag that would no doubt send one of them to the hospital. For Kenneth R. Geers, owner of e-tailer Sporto Motoring Accessories Inc., selling Cornhole made perfect sense.

“To me, this is a truck and SUV accessory,” Geers said. “We’re always going to approach the market with what other items we can offer our customer base, so we wouldn’t offer something that isn’t related to truck and SUV accessories. If there was another game out there that would have [the same] possibilities in camping or tailgating environments, then we would definitely get into that.”

Pictured here are American Cornhole friends Brandon Donnelly and his cornhole party partners kicking back some cold brew and pitching a little cornhole. This photograph captured an event later to become known as THE SHOT. This particular shot is now legendary up North. Here is the way Brandon describes the scene.

The score was 20 - 20 The lady Sharon(in the pink sweater) cornholed her last bag in for 3 so Linda ( lady in the blue) had to do a little cornhole magic herself to keep the game alive and she nailed it!!

The crowd went wild. Her partner Tim aka. "Tractor" got the point to win the Broken Stick Cup.

Formally just Linda, now "Airmail" Linda writes a cornhole game for the ages in Vancouver.

Cornhole Open for Business

THE HOLE

Well it's official, the one and only American Cornhole retail location is now open for business. There is still plenty of work to be done at "The HOLE" but we are open for business Saturdays from 11:00AM until 3:00PM. The hours will increase in the future but for now we just wanted to get The Hole up and running for our players and customers in time for the holiday season.
