The American Cornhole Charity Classic is in the bag. We successfully ran our first Charity Classic in Cincinnati at the Cincinnati Winter Sports Festival, December 15th. Although the weather wasn't so pleasant, every team that played this year had a strong representation.

The best dressed team goes to Bridge Worldwide - all ten players came out wearing their matching blue BRIDGE T-shirts - very nice.

We had a much lighter participation than wanted but the teams that played this year have all committed to coming back in 2008 to compete in the American Cornhole Charity Classic - Cincinnati. I think everyone had a nice time. American Cornhole will be promoting this event early in 2008 to make sure companies put it in their budgets.

I think all the participants enjoyed an afternoon of team building, food and choice beverages. The Final Four had one suprise team with Keynote Equity upsetting the 2 seed Pepsi Americas team.

The cinderella story for Keynote Equity ended when Kelly from Transport Specialists proceeded to lay waste to Scott Greene from Keynote Equity sinking 11 of her first 14 shots to score 18 unanswered points to put the game away. This is a hard pill for Scott to swallow being beat down by a young lady the way he did, but I was there and saw what she did.....Matt Guy would have had trouble keeping up with Kelly for those 15 minutes she was pitching "lights out". Nice job Kelly.....that was fun to watch.

#1 MOOSE LODGE beat #3 TRANSPORT SPECIALISTS to win $2000.00 for Moose Charities at this years event.

CONGRATULATIONS to Cincinnati Moose Lodge #2 on a job well done.
