Welcome to the American Cornhole Organization,
a division of
American Cornhole LLC
The American Cornhole Organization has established ambitious objectives for 2008:
Identify and contract key corporate sponsors to help enhance the sport's credibility, while promoting the sport on a national level.
Bring American Cornhole to ESPN or another cable sports network. We plan to establish our rightful spot in the American conscience, shoulder-to-shoulder with darts, poker, and paintball.
Promote our close working relationship with the producers of "Cornhole The Movie," a film comedy scheduled for release, Fall, 2008.
Continue developing the ACO Pro Tour by creating several new stops in addition to this year's second annual Hudy Delight – World Cornhole Championship, Cincinnati, OH – August, 2008. This year, the ACO Pro Tour has also targeted cities including Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, Milwaukee, WI, Chicago, IL, and Indianapolis, IN.
The ACO is continuing to develop, through its ACE division, a strong line of ACO branded tournaments to be played throughout the year, from the ICEHOLE CLASSIC in February, 2008, to the TURKEYHOLE CLASSIC in November, 2008. These events will become annual tournaments, played at approximately the same time every year, in numerous locations across the country.
American Cornhole is developing a non-profit charity to promote the sport of Cornhole on a worldwide level. Game products will be provided to schools and institutions that are unable to afford the purchase of this equipment.
The development of our American Cornhole Charity Classic will provide the cornerstone to raising money for ACF and numerous other charities worldwide. The first American Cornhole Charity Classic was held December, 2007 at the Cincinnati Winter Sports Festival. We have plans to hold a minimum of four such events across the country in 2008. By 2010, plans are to hold 64 of these tournaments nationwide.
Online Tournament Application will be released in the first quarter of 2008. League Management Application will be released mid-year, 2008.
Help promote Paul Nelson, a film director from Chicago, and his yet to be titled Bags vs Cornhole film documentary – set for Summer, 2008 release.
Maintain our focus on education to increase the public's understanding and enjoyment of the game while enhancing the sport's rise to national awareness.
